Description
The goal of my thesis is to communicate a narrative that represents Mexican culture using kaleidoscopic techniques and CGI in order to differentiate the real world from the mythical world. Kaleidoscopes will help to demonstrate how magical, colorful and beautiful Mexican culture is to look at.

Bob Bakish, CEO of Viacom international media networks, presented the video that contains the most successful brands, TV shows and movies that were part of 2010-2011. This event took place in New York, NY and Soul, Korea where Bob Bakish discussed Media: Who is the Real King?

The concept behind is to represent an equalizer.
The lines going up and down are showing the rhythm of every brand such as, MTV, CMT, VH1, TV Land, Comedy Central, Spike and Rhapsody.

Designed a DVD cover and animated the products and graphics that show how to get a perfect look step by step. The Blockbuster product kit contains a DVD with videos that demonstrate a perfect look for every skin.

MTV Party Hall
Urban style and NY icons were played on several screens last Tuesday 11/30 at Hammerstein Ballroom.
I created and designed almost 26 videos based on urban footage.
It was a successful project where editors, filmmakers and designer collaborated for 3 weeks.

VH1 Behind the Music
Behind the Music is a unique VH1 show that portrays a different artist every single week. My show package is based on origami design elements that reveal the multi-faceted aspects of artists’ personalities. The design also evokes strongly the progressive unfolding of a story from beginning to end.

Meet me in Mountauk
This book content is based on the script of the movie Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. In my book Clementine’s role is as the primary character and everyone else is part of her environment.
Contrast between dreams and reality is represented with orange and blue colors, different layers, unusual ways to fold the book and organic patterns. Those characteristics also represent Clementine’s lifestyle.

Arte HD
Arte HD is a Franco-German television channel with a focus on cultural programming. The spirited images of Arte HD are full of energy, dynamism and activity. This design draws on the image of the heart as the vital organ that sustains life and energy. The background is a simulation of the blood, and the lines are an abstract representation of arteries and veins. Symbolically, the heart represents all the branches involved with this channel.

Experimental Books
• iPod book. The assignment was to create a book that isn't consider a book. I came up with the idea of creating an audio book.
• Pop-up. It has images that belong to Into the Mind's Eye: Fantasy and Wonderment in the Works of Yeondoo Jung. I wanted to interact with 2 images that normally don't belong together.
• Dandelion. I animate a dandelion in After Effects and print it out creating a flip book.

HBO Boxing Show
The design direction for this project focused on key aspects of boxing: fighting the unexpected, discipline, courage and passion. These themes echo closely those of comic book superheroes, and deepen the viewer’s engagement through personal identification with universal themes.

Film Society of Lincoln Center is represented with organic shapes that shows how dynamic and changeable New York is. Typography is as important as artists and actors. Therefore, the type will be the principal character, and the location is an abstract representation of Central Park, New York, NY.

Gatorade RAIN
Working as a motion designer at Rushes MX, I had the opportunity to be involved in the production and post-production processes of Gatorade. I was in charged by the compositing. I rotoscoped, tracked the sweat and colored it.
